Villa 102 sits on its own plot on gated Naisoso Island, with a private pool and garden and the whole house reserved entirely for your group — no shared spaces, no neighbours through the wall.
Downstairs, an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area looks out over the pool and lawn. Upstairs, a second lounge opens onto a long balcony toward the sea. It is built for a group who want room to spread out, yet it is barely five minutes from Nadi International Airport.

Two queen rooms on the ground floor and three king rooms upstairs, every one air-conditioned with its own ensuite — comfortably sleeping up to eleven guests.

A private pool, right outside the door
The pool runs along the back of the villa, with sun loungers, a covered terrace and a lawn that opens toward the water. It's a short walk from the ground-floor bedrooms and the kitchen, so the whole day can happen right here.
Beyond the garden fence, the villa's private beach access area is just a few steps away — no shared crowds, no walk down the road.

Two full living areas — one on each floor — plus a kitchen built for a group cooking together.

A long dining table on the ground floor, plus outdoor furniture on the terrace for meals beside the pool.
An ensuite to every room
Five bathrooms, each with a walk-in shower and its own vanity — no queueing between bedrooms. Towels, bed linens and cleaning products are provided throughout, though (as with every stay in Fiji) disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste are not.

Sam and his family manage the villa in person — greeting you on arrival, arranging pick-ups and helping you settle into island life. They speak English and Mandarin.
